10,000 Page Views

Woo who! At long last, 10,000 page views! Not that this is an exceptionally large amount, but it does mean that other folks look at my stuff once in a while.

Still working on my video thing, but starting to get sick of it, it seems like nothing is ever done. There's so much more to go, and rendering takes so long. Plus, as I've mentioned before, it's quite a struggle with Poser and Vue animation-wise to get them to do what I want.

Already I can see that a bunch of it is going to suck, and it isn't going to get any better - I just don't have the time or the equipment to endure re-animating and re-rendering...

I still haven't decided what to do about music - in my working clips I'm using royalty-free stuff, but I'd need to purchase the tracks I'm using in order to publish it. And the voice stuff is still up in the air - no wanna-be actresses have come forward.

On the home front, Mr. Toilet, who caused so much trouble last weekend is assembled and in his place of residence, but there is a pinhole leak in the supply line that I need to deal with. It's a soldered junction, which looks to be a big pain. I'm thinking of cutting the whole thing off (valve, fitting, junction) and replacing them with modern compression fittings, but that means I need to turn off water to the whole house. If there's a problem with the new fitting, that's a big deal...

I've been thinking relatively dark thoughts about about some of my images (the ones that involve death and killing) and wondering why I don't ever see much like them out there. Whenever someone favorites one, I usually check out what else they've favorited in order to see if there is anything similar. Usually I strike out - though usually I end up seeing a lot of bondage-type images, which I really don't think has much in common with my stuff.
